Event Safety Measures

General Safety Guidelines

• The venue is open-air and actively monitored by staff and security personnel
• First Aid Station is centrally located and clearly signposted
• Security personnel are on-site throughout the day for assistance and monitoring
• All emergency exits and walkways will remain open and accessible at all times
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian
• In case of emergency or concern, approach any staff or security personnel

Emergency Response

• The event is coordinated with local authorities and emergency services (112)
• Trained staff and volunteers are briefed on emergency procedures
‍• Lost items, missing persons, or safety concerns should be reported at the Info Booth

Fire and Crowd Safety
Crowd flow will be managed, especially during peak hour

• Fire extinguishers are located near food vendor areas and stage zones
• Cooking areas follow Finnish fire safety standards, including spacing and appliance checks
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas

 Food Vendor Safety (Tents & Cooking Stations)

ure a safe food zone, all food vendors must adhere to the following:Tents must be properly secured or weighted to prevent tipping in windy equipment must be safe, stable, and positioned away from public walkways
Gas cylinders and electrical appliances must comply with Finnish safety regulations
Only food vendors who are actively cooking onsite are required to have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit at their stationAll food handling and storage must meet Finnish food safety and hygiene standardsWaste and used cooking oil must be disposed of in designated bins provided by the organizers

✔ Cash & MobilePay allowed, but card reader required  
✔ Food Vendors: One responsible person must have a Hygiene Pass  
✔ No selling of alcoholic beverages  
✔ Ensure food safety and proper expiration date checks
✔ Filipino vendors have priority registration
✔ Vendors must prepare signage and pricing details in advance  
✔ Mandatory dry-run attendance for instructions & smooth operations
